
Marketing Lead
One of the manufacturing companies in our ScaleUp Labs vertical, Mueller Coatings, is expanding and looking for a talented professional to join their team.

Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the
company’s products, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement within the manufacturing
industry. This role coordinates marketing activities, creates content, manages campaigns, and liaises between
sales, production, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for products and services across digital and traditional platforms.

Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, product sheets, and presentations in collaboration with design teams.

Maintain the company website and update content regularly.

Manage social media channels with engaging, industry-relevant content.

Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, industry events, and webinars.

Track marketing metrics and compile reports on campaign performance, ROI, and lead generation.

Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and events.

Support sales with tools, presentations, and promotional materials.

Coordinate product launches and announcements with internal stakeholders.

Assist with CRM database updates, customer segmentation, and email campaigns.
Qualifications

Marketing Major
-
Strong project management and organizational skills.

Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative

Suite, Google Analytics).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Familiarity with industrial or technical products is a plus.
