R-daniel.ai is a rapidly growing AI-native company who has developed the first Deep Discovery AI platform that automatically uncovers profit opportunities across products, channels, and markets, already driving seven-figure profit lifts for global brands. We are raising a Series A round and are seeking an addition to the founding team with capital development experience
As a member of the founding team, you will own institutional fundraising (Seed extension, Series A, and beyond), collaborate on the U.S. strategy, and serve as the primary face of the company with investors, customers, and partners. Upon successful completion of the initial institutional raise, the role has potential to evolve into a C-level position.
What you’ll do
• Lead end-to-end capital formation: strategy, targeting, outreach, partner meetings, term sheets, and closing for a 10–20M USD Series A and subsequent rounds.
• Craft and refine the investment narrative, pitch materials, financial model, and data room for institutional investors.
• Activate and expand your VC and strategic network, securing warm introductions and building a top-tier syndicate in enterprise AI/SaaS.
What we’re looking for
Proven track record raising institutional venture capital (Seed–Series B) as a CEO, founder, or C-suite executive in a venture-backed tech company.
Warm relationships with Tier 1 VCs and relevant strategics in enterprise AI, SaaS, data, or analytics.
Leadership experience in developing high-performing teams, strategic experience in scaling an organization for growth.
Deep understanding of Applied AI and how distribution, workflow integration, and UX drive value.
High-ownership operator who thrives in ambiguity and is comfortable building with limited resources.
Compensation
Base salary deferred until after the initial institutional capital raise closes, aligning incentives with successful fundraising.
Significant founder-level equity with meaningful upside.
